Nicht reiterliche Ausbildung, sondern individuelle Betreuung und F\u00f6rderung in engem Bezug zum Pferd steht im Vordergrund; eine positive Beinflussung des Befindens, des Sozialverhaltens und der Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsentwicklung wird mittels ganzheitlicher Therapieformen angestrebt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Bewusstsein einer ethisch begr\u00fcndeten und verinnerlichten&nbsp;<strong>heilp\u00e4dagogischen Haltung<\/strong>&nbsp;begeben sich Reitp\u00e4dagogin\/Reittherapeutin und Klienten gemeinsam auf den Weg. Wir gestalten ein von Freude, Respekt und Wertsch\u00e4tzung gepr\u00e4gtes Umfeld, auch gegen\u00fcber dem Therapiepferd.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aktivit\u00e4ten finden wenn immer m\u00f6glich w\u00e4hrend des ganzen Jahres in der freien Natur, &#8222;draussen&#8220; statt.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Ziel der Ausbildung&nbsp;<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>ist das Vermitteln resp. Erwerben von&nbsp;<b>Fach- und Handlungskompetenzen im HPR\/TR,<\/b>&nbsp;ebenso die Weiterentwicklung der Personal- und Sozialkompetenz der Auszubildenden. Sie werden bef\u00e4higt, ihre neu erworbenen Kenntnisse in ihr Wissen und K\u00f6nnen aus dem erlernten Beruf und aus ihren Erfahrungen zu integrieren; dies bezieht sich ebenso auf ihre reiterlichen Qualifikationen.<\/p>\n<p>Sie sind in der Lage, Probleme der Praxis zu analysieren und ihr Handeln zu planen, umzusetzen, zu reflektieren und zu begr\u00fcnden.
